Atiavi Residents Appeal to Government Over Deplorable Road

Residents of Atiavi in the Keta Municipality of the Volta Region have appealed to the Government of Ghana to urgently fix the deplorable road linking the community to other parts of the municipality.
The residents said the poor condition of the road had made transportation difficult, particularly for motorists, commercial drivers, farmers and other road users.
They said the deteriorating nature of the road was affecting their daily activities and creating unnecessary hardship for residents who depended on it to access markets, schools, health facilities and other essential services.
According to the residents, the road requires urgent attention to prevent further deterioration and improve movement within the community.
They are therefore calling on the central government and relevant authorities to intervene and undertake rehabilitation works on the road.
The residents believe that fixing the Atiavi road would improve transportation, support economic activities and enhance access to essential services for the people of the community.
They appealed to the government to consider the project a priority and take immediate steps to address their concerns.
